Target is hiring for internship and full time roles!
As an executive team leader, you will work in a fun and energetic environment as you lead their store teams to deliver on their mission to bring joy to guests. You’ll use retail fundamentals and critical thinking skills to effectively problem solve, eliminate roadblocks, and create efficiencies for your team. You’ll lead one of their core departments and work through your team of hourly leaders and team members to drive a guest obsessed shopping experience.
Preferred Majors:
They accept all majors, but strongly encourage students with a concentration in business administration, management, marketing, and communications.
Required Skills:
Problem solving, critical thinking, strong relationship building/collaboration, passion for leading, results driven, curious learner, entrepreneurial spirited, strong communication skills, resilience, and adaptability.
Minimum Eligibility Requirements:
For the 2024 summer internship, must be able to start a full-time role in 2025. For the 2024 full-time roles, must be able to start full-time in 2024.
Hiring Start Dates:
For internship, June 2024. For full-time roles, January-December 2024.
