Supporting Non-Tenure-Track Faculty: Innovative Campus Models. American Association of Colleges & Universities Webinar

Tuesday, March 31, 2:00 – 3:00 p.m. Free

As classes are moved online and campuses are closed in response to the COVID-19 pandemic, what can colleges and universities do to support their non-tenure-track faculty? To explore this increasingly urgent question, representatives of Santa Monica College and the Pennsylvania State University, both recipients of the 2019 Delphi Award, will draw on their experiences in developing innovative models for supporting non-tenure-track faculty at these two very different institutions. Given annually to recognize institutional innovation in support of non-tenure-track faculty, the Delphi Award is a partnership between AAC&U and the Pullias Center for Higher Education at the University of Southern California’s Rossier School of Education.
