Come to this information session to find out more about Individual Development Awards (IDAs). These awards are designed to support a variety of professional development projects or activities, assisting eligible employees in developing their full professional potential and to prepare for advancement. Campus Professional Development Committees, comprised of chapter UUP members and management representatives, are formed to review applications and award funding. Funding is available to full- and part-time bargaining unit members. Interested employees should reach out to their UUP chapter office for specific award timelines.
Employees may be funded for up to two projects or activities, not to exceed a total of $2,000 for the period of July 2, 2023 – July 1, 2024
Be sure to name your file LASTname FIRSTname UUP IDA Application (for example, Wilson Beth UUP IDA application).
