Sojourner Truth
Hike the Sojourner Truth Trail on Shaupeneak Ridge with the Fac/Staff Adventure group. Kids, significant others, and dogs on leashes welcome.

Gather on Plattekill Road behind College Hall at 4:30 p.m. to caravan or meet us there.
Super easy to get to Shaupeneak, 143 Popletown Road, Ulster Park/ New Paltz. Up 32, right on 213 East just before the red bridge; first major right on Cow Hough; quick left on Dashville; bear right on Old Post Road, then up Popletown. About 20 minutes.
There is a parking lot by the lake/pond. Various trails including Sojourner Truth interpretative trail. A little known gem of Scenic Hudson.
