The Psychology Department is proud to announce that our own student, Darcy Montana (BA expected, May 2022) has been selected to be a recipient of the inaugural offering of the SUNY New Paltz President’s Award for Student Excellence, which is the highest award for student achievement given at the campus level. This award acknowledges Darcy’s above-and-beyond work such as volunteering for Oasis/Haven, conducting and presenting social psychological research at local and international conferences, serving as co-supervisor of the New Paltz Evolutionary Psychology Lab, serving as the Assistant to the Evolutionary Studies program, and more. Congratulations, Darcy!
