Fourth Session of Student Engagement Series: Creating Assignments that Engage More Students Using the Principals of Universal Design for Learning – Wed., Apr 9, 12:30-1:30pm

Universal Design for Learning (UDL) is a powerful pedagogical tool that can enhance engagement and cognition for our students.  In this session you will learn the basics of UDL and have time to practice it using your own content and other session participants. We will work collaboratively to create fun and engaging activities that enhance your curriculum. Bring a syllabus and a laptop to make your own learning practical and experiential.
This hybrid session will be available both in-person in the Faculty Development Center (FDC, College Hall 113) and online via WebEx. The session will take place on Wednesday, April 9th, from 12:30-1:30pm.
