Online Student Supports Certificate Program has been redesigned to include evidence-based strategies and insights gained during the pandemic tailored to the unique needs of online students. The updated curriculum places a stronger emphasis on delivering comprehensive support that addresses academic, social-emotional, and technical considerations specific to online learners. Participants will formulate a research-driven strategy to meet the needs of the online student community on their campus.  

 The program consists of 3 (three) online, asynchronous courses offered via Brightspace.   

·         Course 1: Foundations of the Online Student Support Role – January 2 – February 12, 2024 

·         Course 2: Campus Overview: Developing Campus Structures for Online Student Supports – February 20 – April 1, 2024 

·         Course 3: Proactive Approach to Supporting Online Learners – April 9 – May 19, 2024
