REGISTER NOW FOR ONLINE STUDENT SUPPORTS CERTIFICATE PROGRAM

Fall 2021 courses begin September 13, 2021.

 The purpose of the Online Student Supports Certificate Program is to help current and new online student support personnel develop the skills and strategies for effective student support and outreach. The courses within this program are developed and delivered by an expert SUNY Online Concierge with over 10 years of teaching and student support experience in higher education.

The Program consists of three courses and each will be offered two times during the 2021-2022 academic year. Each 6-week course requires approximately 3-6 hours of work per week to complete. All courses take place within Blackboard.

Course 1: Foundations of the Online Student Support Role

Course 2: Features of Best Practices for Online Student Supports

Course 3: Student Supports Capstone: Evaluation and Assessment

You can get a discount if you register for three courses at the same time. SUNY CPD Membership Points can be used to pay for this program.
