Please come welcome our new faculty hires with a socially distanced and masked visit to Rosendale (12 minutes north of New Paltz). We will meet at the Snyder Estate/ Widow Jane Mine, 668 NY -213 in Rosendale, 12472 at 5:00 p.m. Look for RED FLAG. All faculty & staff are welcome to catch up with us there before the grounds close at 6:00 p.m. At 6:05 or so, we will meet in the Binnewater Road parking lot (just a few blocks east, off 213) and walk or roll on the rail trail over the trestle bridge. Option to hike into the Mohonk Preserve or peel off for refreshments at the Garden House on Main Street/Hardenberg Lane (Mediterranean food and drink).
