Glenn Geher, Professor of Psychology, was recently recognized for Outstanding Academic Advising at the annual conference for NACADA: The Global Community for Academic Advising which was held in Louisville, KY. This award is part of NACADA’s Global Awards Program. Some of the criteria for the award include (a) availability to advisees, faculty, and staff, (b) frequency of contact with advisees, and (c) mastery of institutional regulations, policies, and procedures.
