The program provides students with the opportunity to develop a wide variety of research skills in both experimental and non-experimental methodologies and take courses four content areas including social, cognitive, developmental, and applied psychology. The degree may serve as preparation for entry into a doctoral program or as additional training for those who plan work in applied areas of psychology with an emphasis on research.
