  • write words three times with a test on friday- for spelling
  • iPad used for answering reading comprehension questions when the students read their level appropriate books-used to assess the students
  • buddy reading groups with same reading level
  • 2 lowest readers read sight words first then read the story a few times
  • read story and answer questions together for comprehension
