An Introduction to Positive Evolutionary Psychology, published recently by Cambridge University Press, is the newest book in their Applied Evolutionary Science series edited by David Bjorklund. This brief book (termed an Element by Cambridge) focuses on how work in the field of evolutionary psychology can help people, communities, and organizations make positive changes using Darwin’s big ideas as a guide.
Along with Geher, Professor of Psychology, co-authors included (listed alphabetically, based on equal contributions) included Megan Frichte (BA in Psychology, 2022), Avrey Goodwine (BA in Psychology, 2022), Julie Lombard (current Psychology major), Kaitlyn Longo (current MS student in Psychological Science), and Darcy Montana (BA in Psychology, 2022).
