The (un)maidenly podcast is looking for a Spring 2023 intern to help edit and produce their weekly podcast. Interns will be paid and can expect to work 8 hours a week (120 hours total). All work will be done remotely and interns will be given access to the equipment and software needed to produce the podcast. On top of editing and production, interns will help with some marketing tasks – familiarity with Canva is a must !

Firelight Is Looking for Production Interns for Spring 2023 – Remote and in NYC
It is Firelight’s mission to mentor our interns and give them the skills and experience to be the next generation of film, media, and arts administration professionals. Our internship program will give dedicated and driven participants the opportunity to assist our Firelight Media and Firelight Films teams with a variety of projects depending on their area of interest. Opportunities include the production and development of documentary film projects; graphic design and social video production; fundraising and arts administration, and more.

The 2020 International Hunter Mountain Film Festival runs from Oct. 23 to 25, and New Paltz DMJ students can get free access to all their program offerings.
Audio Internship with Kaatscast Podcast
Silver Hollow Audio is hosting an internship for their podcast “Kaatscast,” a biweekly podcast featuring history, sustainability, travel and storytelling in the Hudson Valley and Catskill Mountains.
This internship would be best suited for a digital media production major or anyone with interest in audio/podcast production.
This is a remote internship, but may include the possibility of a couple outdoor interviews (following all safety guidelines).
Pass (P) Grading Available for Spring 2020 Courses
Due to the circumstances of the spring 2020 semester relating to the COVID-19 pandemic, SUNY New Paltz is offering a pass (P) grading option for spring 2020 courses.
The P grading option is available for spring 2020 courses in which the student received a grade of D or higher. It is not available for D-, F, S or U grades.
