The position requires reporters to write three digital stories a day with pictures and an understanding of SEO. Depending on the complexity of the piece and amount of sources Hearst is offering $150 to $300 per piece.They are creating a combination of centerpiece stories along with clusters of shorter stories to keep the fast growing audience engaged.
