The Woodstock Film Festival is accepting applications for the Spring, Summer, and Fall Internship Program. Departments include but are not limited to: Operations, Public Relations and Marketing, Festival Administration, Programming, Graphic Design, Photography, and Production.
Responsibilities may include: database management, film entry screening evaluations, fundraising, public relations, social media, copy editing, community outreach, industry research, production coordination, event planning, and equipment optimizing/organization.
The internship will be custom tailored depending on the intern’s individual experience and skills. Applicants with extensive knowledge of relevant software systems will be able to expand upon their experience. Programs include Adobe Acrobat, Photoshop, Canva, Squarespace, Lightroom, monday.com, Google Drive, and more.
Intern applications for the Woodstock Film Festival Internship Program are now open for Summer and Fall internships! Their office is located at 13 Rock City Road in Woodstock, NY. All internships are in-person, though there is partial remote availability.
The Woodstock Film Festival wrapped up on Oct. 2 after another successful year of independent film screenings and thought-provoking panels. Once again students from the Department of Digital Media & Journalism covered important festival events by filming Q&As with filmmakers and actors and producing recap videos which have been posted to the WFF YouTube channel.
The Woodstock Film Festival is currently searching for interns in ALL departments, including but not limited to Operations, Press, Public Relations, and Administrative. General experience includes database management, film entry screening evaluations, fundraising, public relations, press, community outreach, event planning, equipment optimizing/organization, and more.
