The true reward of teaching qigong is
seeing students look vibrant, calm, and clear after class.

Qigong Smile studio classes are on pause due to the pandemic.
Since 2016, I’ve taught qigong and meditation in classes, workshops, weekend retreats, staff trainings, conferences and a college course for credit.

Studio classes were taught at Yoga On The Wallkill, Yoga Lab Kingston and Samadhi.
Weekend retreats were held at Linwood Spiritual Retreat Center, SUNY New Paltz and Graymoor Spiritual Life Center.
Workshops were given at SUNY New Paltz Contemplative Group, Employee Assistance Program, the Body Peace Project and the O+ Festival.
Staff development trainings were offered to Mid-Hudson Migrant Education, Taconic Resources for Independence, Birch Body Care, Education Deans for Justice and Equity (EDJE), SUNY New Paltz School of Education, The Research Foundation, and the SUNY Teacher Certification Consortium.
Conference presentations have been given at the Multicultural Education Conference, Black Lives Matter at School Weeks of Action, and the SUNY Faculty Development Conference.
