Research

Research is a core skill requiring a great deal of practice.  Students often enter university with rudimentary concepts of research–what it means to conduct it, why research is done, how to utilize research to develop ideas or how to effectively join a conversation about research. These are skills in need of constant guidance, practice and reassurance. This unit provides some strategies for helping students gain more confidence as fledgling scholars.
