SPT is an integral part of Theory U, which was co-developed by Otto Scharmer, director of the Presencing Institute at MIT. A group of SUNY New Paltz faculty, staff, and students participated in their u.lab2x systems change accelerator, which is how we developed Eddy at New Paltz. Please see the enclosed flyer for more info.
Since then, we have used the potent tools of SPT and Theory U to engage with our SUNY New Paltz and wider community with the goal of developing our collective resilience and capacity to shape a thriving future.
