Hey, my name is Jayden Douglas. I am an attendee at Suny Sew Paltz and a dedicated Student. My academic career is something I take very seriously and I am always striving to be better. As a former homeschool student transitioning into college hasn’t been easy, but throughout the year I have begun to feel more adjusted and prepared for my goals. Now that I have strengthened my work ethic and become a better student, I am ready to take on any challenges and pave the way for myself in the world. Although I am currently undeclared I will be registering as a business major next year and continue preparing myself for the real world. This semester in Eng 170 the course theme was for each student to pick an object and research it thoroughly. One of the main points in choosing our own object was for us to develop better research methods that are driven by curiosity and a will to explore. For my object, I have chosen to explore the topic of lobotomies, I aim to bring the reader on a journey of exploration with me that will help them understand my thesis as best as they can. Enjoy!
