Garrett Lee

Hello. My name is Garrett Lee and I am a marketing major at SUNY New Paltz. I have created this eportfolio to show you what I have learned in this course by providing the major and brief assignments that I completed. Since the start of school, going on campus has become an unusual and frustrating task. I am a commuter, but I only had to go on campus Tuesday for my Writing & Rhetoric class. It took awhile for my schedule to feel a little more normal and for class to become more advanced. Starting off with memos, as well as emails was easy enough. Learning how to effectively do so benefited me by helping me to write more professionally. Eventually, I had to write a persuasive business letter and even present my argument to Congress. Doing these major assignments signaled the end of the semester, not to mention my progress in the class. Overall, having to do so much research and presenting my findings have made me more confident in my abilities as a writer.
