This is a reminder that SUNY New Paltz has 400 SUNY Online+ Center for Professional Development points for the 2025 – 2026 year. This award is intended for your campus to use to support online quality and help you sustain, reinforce and extend the implementation of the SUNY Online+ Signature Elements. If there is a program from the SUNY Center for Professional Development you are interested in, reach out to Kate Bohan about using these points to help pay for it.

Please follow this process to access the SUNY Online+ CPD Points:
- Step #1: Submit SUNY Online+ CPD Points Request Form.
- At least 10 business days before the conference/professional development registration deadline, submit the SUNY Online+ CPD Points Request Form.
- First and last name, email, campus
- Name, dates and cost of conference/professional development program
- Amount of SUNY Online+ CPD Points Requested
- At least 10 business days before the conference/professional development registration deadline, submit the SUNY Online+ CPD Points Request Form.
- Step #2: Approval Process.
- Within 1 – 2 business days after form submission, a decision will be made by a member of SUNY Online Campus Partnerships. If we have any questions, we will contact the submitter and SO+ campus leader.
- Upon approval, an email including the number of approved points will be sent to the person who submitted the SUNY Online+ CPD Points Approval Form and the CPD.
- Included in this email will be instructions registration through the CPD
- Step #3: CPD Registration.
- The recipient should register for the approved CPD conference/professional development event on the SUNY CPD Portal as soon as they receive approval (no later than 5 business days) because programs fill up quickly.
