On Monday, November 3rd*, the Microsoft Copilot Roadshow is bringing hands-on learning to SUNY New Paltz. This interactive workshop explores how Copilot Chat and Agents, powered by GPT-4o, can enhance productivity, streamline workflows, and support innovation across higher education. There will be three sessions that SUNY New Paltz faculty and staff can attend in SUB 62/63:
- Session 1: 9:00 AM – 10:30 AM
- Session 2: 11:00 AM – 12:30 PM
- Session 3: 2:00 PM – 3:30 PM
Participants will learn how to:
-
Integrate Copilot Chat into daily workflows for a secure and intuitive AI experience.
-
Build and deploy Copilot Agents that automate routine and complex tasks.
-
Apply prompting best practices to get more effective results from Copilot.
-
Navigate the AI Adoption Curve, learning strategies for safe, scalable AI implementation that delivers measurable value.
The roadshow offers SUNY professionals an opportunity to see Copilot in action, ask questions, and explore how AI can transform teaching, learning, and operations.
Admission is FREE to all SUNY faculty and staff. Register here!
*Please note that November 3rd is also Black Solidarity Day, and we here at the FDC strongly encourage all faculty and staff to participate in those events as well.
