On Friday, April 25th, Amanda Becker-Torres from the Career Resource Center (CRC) will be joining faculty members to hold a discussion on how to best support students who are experiencing significant uncertainty or anxiety around the current job market and their prospects upon graduating, given the larger economic and political climate.
Faculty and staff can come with questions and concerns of their own, as well as tips for how they navigate these conversations with their own students. Any faculty with industry experience are also encouraged to provide insights that could assist each other in advising these students in a practical way and career paths and current student concerns.
The session will be taking place from 11am-12pm in the Faculty Development Center (College Hall 113) and is also available on Webex.
