The Department Chair Success Program will primarily focus on:
- Mastering Leadership Skills: Strategic planning, resource management, and fostering a supportive department culture
- Building Connections: Work closely with 5-6 peers in a safe, curated cohort
- Finding Balance: Learn time and energy management techniques to sustain your well-being
The inaugural cohort price is $5950, a 30% discount off the regular price of $8500, with only 50 seats available, and spots are filling up fast.
