Hello! My name is Amin Paredes. I have created this eportfolio for you to review, I hope you enjoy my writing. Before you get there however, let me inform you about myself. Growing up in Harlem with my excessively loud Dominican family, I have always had a rough time staying focused at home trying to accomplish my high school work. There’d be way too many distractions including such things as technology and my unusually loud family. I grew up playing baseball and it had became my favorite sport ever since the age of five. I had used baseball as some sort of getaway from school and for more bonding time with my father, but that didn’t really happen. I have met many great players on my journey not only based on skills but on character and discipline. I enjoy surrounding myself with people that have the same goal as me and have similar journeys like mine. Many of my high school teammates and I are really close due to the fact that I allowed myself to build a bond with them and make them my brothers as we head for the same goal.
