  • My name is Abbie Gumpright and I am from Danbury, CT
  • I am in the class of 2024 at SUNY New Paltz
  • I am majoring in communication disorders and am hoping to become a speech language pathologist in the future
  • In my free time I like to hike, play lacrosse and volleyball, shop and hang out with friends
  • My favorite subject in high school was AP Psychology because I found the content very interesting and I enjoyed learning about it
  • I am most excited to begin taking classes for my major so that I can get a better understanding of the field and what my future looks like
  • I am looking forward to enhancing my writing skills
