You may purchase the book in either hard copy or electronic format. Hard copies can be purchased from the campus bookstoredirectly from the publisher, or from online booksellers such as Amazon. Electronic copies can be purchased directly from the publisher.

Students should try to read Chapter 1 prior to the first class. For those who cannot get the book before to the first day of class but still wish to get a leg up on this reading, Chapter 1 is available online.
