I decided to begin a new project. I wanted to create a form resembling a Greek amphora to keep rings that I have from Greece in.

I started with a base made out of simple ring shapes. While doing this i discovered the bevel tool. Moreover, while using this program, I found it difficult for me to get the placement of the shapes to make sure they are lined up and the correct measurements. After I had the base, I used a parabola shape to create the middle volume form. I then created a hole in the interior of it.

As I continued, I used another ring shape and then put a half sphere on top to complete the main shape of the amphora. Finally I created a top rim using an upside down cone and then grouped everything together.
