General Support
For general support with educational technology tools and course design, or for any Information Technology needs, you should submit a support ticket at support.newpaltz.edu. You can access the support ticketing system 24 hours a day, seven days a week; tickets will be responded to within 1 business day.
For immediate needs during business hours, you can reach the IT Service Desk by phone at 845-257-HELP (4357) or visit the IT Service Desk in Humanities, Room 103.
