This New York Venture news article’s main thesis was that a lot of care and hard work goes into producing the show Rick and Morty. Some of my findings are that Rick and Morty is a big show with a big universe and the animators animate everything they do which is very difficult. A lot of work goes into just a 10 second interval in a 23 minute show taking a lot of dedication to complete Rick and Morty week after week. The bias that I found while reading this article is that the author likes the show. The author uses evidence by stating the show and then putting a clip of the show about what he just talked about as well as citing people and giving them credit. This is a credible source because the author has many achievements when it comes to writing articles and is a known writer as being a critic, reporter, and essayist who specializes in art and culture. The author promotes the show by telling the reader how much work the animators put in and by how he describes how amazing the show is. This source could be useful to someone doing a research paper because if that person’s paper was about challenges animated tv shows go through this article would be perfect to use with all the examples it gives about what the animation team goes through.
