Seeking Compassionate individuals to join our Disaster Action Team – providing virtual support to families in our community impacted by home fires and disasters.

Virtual Disaster Action Team Members:

  • Virtually assist families to obtain resources in their time of need.
  • Maintain lines of communication with disaster team and supervisors
  • Serving diverse clients who have just experienced an emergency
  • Receive free virtual training and have flexibility to match your schedule
  • Gain valuable experience while making a difference.

Minimum requirements:

  • At least 18 years old.
  • Four- 12 hour On Call shifts/month
  • Professional, clear and friendly communication skills.
  • Customer service skills.
  • Comfortable with computers & tablets.

 

Seeking friendly individuals to support at Blood Drives in the Hudson Valley.  Volunteers to take temperatures, help with registration, and do some sanitizing of registration and canteen areas.

Blood Drive Volunteers

  • Over 18 years of age
  • Commit to at least 1 shift per month- 4 to 6 hours
  • Customer Service Skills
  • Comfortable with computers and tablets
