Historic Huguenot Street is seeking volunteers and interns in the Programming
department for the Spring and Summer 2022 seasons! Working with the
Programming department at Historic Huguenot Street offers college students
from across the humanities and social sciences the opportunity to develop an
array of hands-on skills while immersed in the history of New Paltz’s oldest
street and houses. Accepted interns and volunteers will assist the Tour &
Interpretation Coordinator, Arts and Media Manager, and Education
Coordinator with special events, school groups, lecture events, tours, and more.
Candidates should have an interest in history, enjoy working with the public,
and be ready to challenge themselves in the fields of public speaking, writing,
and education.
