Who are we?

  • The Office of Development & Alumni Relations are two departments with the same mission. We strive to engage with our alumni, create memorable experiences and opportunities for networking, and instill the spirit of giving back in order to further support experiential learning opportunities for our students.
  • The A.C.E.S. are students who volunteer for Alumni Relations in return we sign off on the students’ Co-Curricular transcript and often act as references for future jobs and internships

What do we do and where do we do it?

  • The A.C.E.S. volunteers will support the Office of Development & Alumni Relations in a number of ways. As this year we are working remotely, our local events will be virtual.
  • Virtual events can often require a single person to sit in on a session and ensure that attendees are muted, that the speaker has support for the chat box, or any other technical support the volunteer can provide like communicating any delays to the audience, or simply contacting the Alumni Engagement Coordinator for help.
  • Occasionally, there will be opportunities for volunteers to hold mini presentations for students on campus and begin to educate them on the benefits of the Alumni Association, our scholarship funds, and how they too can be philanthropic.

When are A.C.E.S. Needed?

This year’s events are virtual but may require a handful of volunteers to support them. The following are the tentative dates for events this school year.
