Friday, September 22
·   Food Pickup/Deliveries, Times TBA
·   Food Prep 3-6, 6-9 pm
·   Site Setup and Decor, 3-7 pm
Saturday, September 23
·   Site Setup and Decor, 10am-12pm, 12-2, 2-4, 4-6pm
·   Final Food Prep and Pack-Out (@SUNY Ulster) 9am-12pm
·   Kitchen Clean-Up (@SUNY Ulster) 11:30am – 4 pm
·   Food Prep (on site) 2-6pm
·   Registration / Greeters , 2-5, 5-8pm
·   Parking 2-4, 4-6, 6-8, 8-10pm
·   Bake Sale 2-5, 5-8, 8-10pm
·   Merchandise  2-5, 5-8, 8-10pm
·   50/50 Raffle, times TBA
·   Kids Area, 3:30 – 7:30pm
·   First Aid (Certified CPR/AED/1st AID), 3-6, 6-9pm
·   Food Service, Passing Hors d’Oeuvres, 2-5pm
·   Bartenders  2-5, 5-8, 8-10pm
·   Porters, 4-7, 7-10pm
·   Breakdown & Clean-Up Crew, 8:30-11:30pm
Sunday, September 24     
·   Breakdown & Clean-Up Crew, 12-2pm
