This shows how technology is not necessarily the problem but instead we are and how we choose to use it.
It’s critical to assess how you personally engage with technology in order to determine whether it’s harming your life. Do you use it thoughtfully, or do you frequently check your phone or spend hours on social media at the expense of other vital tasks? Are you taking any action to safeguard your internet privacy? Do you find that your constant connectivity prevents you from switching off from your job?
