I am a junior at SUNY New Paltz who is pursuing a degree in Elementary Education with a concentration in History. I also have an associate’s degree in Culinary Arts from the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York. My work experiences with children include substitute teaching in Hyde Park, several fieldwork placements, and experiences working at a private school with a focus on outdoor education as both the head afterschool teacher and a teaching assistant with students in grades 2-5. My personal interests include gardening, cooking, baking, hiking, climbing, and rock climbing. I also enjoy spending time with my dog, Suzie.
