Jeffrey Danielson was a Sergeant in the Air Force.  He served from 1979-1984.  The following is an except of an interview with him about his experiences in the Air Force.  The interview begins with his experiences during the Cold War and being stationed in West Berlin, West Germany.  A decent portion of the interview focuses on his personal experience as United States military in West Berlin during the years of the Cold War, which left a city divided by the Berlin Wall and a country divided by the Iron Curtain of democracy vs. communism.  He touches on experiences from regulations, opinions of Germans about the United States Armed Forces in the Berlin, and Reagan’s famous speech at the Berlin Wall.
