I apologize for the glare- this is a small study originally painted for a page inside an altered book… I have been thinking about psychology in relation to my research….Could it be true that the left side of the brain is more seated in language and logic’s opposed to the creative side of the right? I am looking forward to painting some more medically driven artwork…

hmmm, there is something to the fact that there are important language production and comprehension centers, but creativity, is anything but localized in the brain. Rather it seems to rest in widely dispersed neural networks and overall connnectivity and coordination between many different brain structures and functions.
that said, this is a really intriguing piece
