START OF THE SEMESTER

Joanna sends out a great letter to students inviting them to set up appointments and seek help if they need it. EARLY IN THE SEMESTER FOR ELEMENTARY ED AND EARLY CHILDHOOD STUDENTS

The letter again invites students to seek out help for issues they are not able to address on their own.  It offers links strengthening connections between what needs to be accomplished and where to go for help.

MIDWAY THROUGH THE SEMESTER

Midway through the semester, Joanna outlines changes that may be coming down the pike and encourages students to make sure they are ready for the next semester. She points out that students who are getting ready for student teaching the next semester must have some items completed. ADVISOR SWITCH LETTER FROM THE ADVISING OFFICE

When students are switched to new advisors or if they are assigned an advisor for the first time from the SOE, they get a letter from Joanna informing them of their switch.
