Campus Academic Participation: Have routinely participated in presentations, conversations and dialogues on campus that involve interdisciplinary issues, free speech and other current topical controversies that benefit campus mission.

Dissertation Advise and External Evaluation: Guided international students on their dissertation work and been an external evaluator for dissertations in Annamalai university, Chennai, India

Union Work: I have been the vice-president of my union, the Union of University Professionals for the last 3 years.

Community Work: Have engaged in regular dialogues on policing in the local community. I was the chair of the New Paltz Citizens Police Oversight Committee and was founding member of the NP Vigil for Black Lives Matter.
