Open Access and Repository forums – increase the visibility of your scholarship & creative projects Oct 12 noon; Oct 14, 2:00 p.m.; Oct 16, 11:00 a.m.

In November, the Faculty Senate will be voting on an open access scholarship policy for our campus that will allow faculty, staff, and students to electively submit scholarship and creative works to the SUNY Open Access Repository.
On Wednesday at 2:00 pm and Friday at 11:00 am the Ad Hoc Open Access Scholarship and Repository Committee will be holding open fora through the FDC to talk more about the policy, answer questions, and gather your input! More information and links to the Webex sessions can be found here.
Come talk about:
  • The power of open access to expand reach and impact
  • Questions or concerns about open access
  • How the New Paltz policy will work
Have you ever thought of how you might make your scholarly or creative work available to a wider audience? What do you know about Open Access Scholarship and Repository?
