  2. Alternatives that have been considered / rejected/eliminated, and what the objections were.
  3. Propose a solution
  4. Describe the payoff or return on investment (include assessment plan)
  5. Investment needed (time / talent / treasure $)
  6. Implementation plan
  7. Timetable / schedule (attention to how this project will persist afterwards)
