Thursday 9/12 – Thesis & Purpose Active Voices Ch. 28. Howard Zinn’s “Columbus, the Indians, and Human Progress” (pg 4-22 of the PDF)

Monday 9/16 -Active Voices Ch. 8, 10; selections from Strunk&White’s Elements of Style (Parts I, II, and V) and Zinsser’s On Writing Well (Parts 2, 3, 4), and 3 ways to speak English
