This is proven and stated over and over again. So then why are so many schools cutting back on the amount of recess time for children at this age?
11 Year Olds

I remember when I was around this age, there were a lot of cliques forming. Even the friend group that I had a “fight” and our teacher did exactly what this author is saying. What are ways in which we can mediate any conflicts between cliques?
12 Year Olds
“Twelve year olds can be offered large doses of responsibility in the school environment and most will respond with pride and accomplishment.”
I think that students should be given more responsibility around this age. But, why do classroom “jobs” end when we are in first or second grade?
