From the front end or “public-facing” view of your blog, hover your mouse over the “+ New” button at the top of the page and choose “Page” from the dropdown menu:

From the Dashboard, use the same method: hover over the “+ New” button at the top of the page and choose “Page” from the dropdown menu:

Since there is almost always more than one way ways of doing things in WordPress, you can create a page from your Dashboard another way, too. Hover over “Pages” in the left-side menu and choose “Add New” from the menu that pops up:

When you’re ready, add the title for your page in the field that says “Enter title here,” add the text you’d like on your page in the composition box below the title field. And always remember to hit the blue PUBLISH button on the right-hand side of the screen.
