Camp Sprout Lake is looking for a creative, energetic, and talented person to capture the magic of summer 2023 as their videographer. Camp Sprout Lake is a residential, summer camp located in Verbank, NY, just over an hour north of NYC. In the past, this position has been offered as a paid internship!
Qualifications:
- High school graduate, relevant college courses preferred.
- Experience taking and editing video footage and creating videos that tell a story.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Exhibit patience and understanding.
- Ability to receive and follow detailed instruction.
- Capable of working in a fast-paced, ever-changing, environment.
- Ability to sit, stand, or maintain physical activity for an extended period of time.
Responsibilities:
- Operate video cameras and editing equipment.
- Create short videos to be sent home to parents, giving a glimpse of the summer.
- Produce high quality videos to be used on social media.
- Other responsibilities as assigned.
They may be able to offer room and board for the right candidate, which will impact salary.
