Townsquare Media Hudson Valley Internship
PROGRAM OBJECTIVE: Our internship program is designed as an educational program to provide our interns with the opportunity to learn about the radio broadcasting, live events, & digital media industry while gaining work experience. Participants in this program will receive hands on experience in the entertainment industry. Interns will build skills and make connections that will give them a great foundation for a career in the media industry.
QUALIFICATIONS: This is an unpaid internship and all interns must be college students and receive college credits for their internship. Interns must be at least 18 years of age and have a reliable source of transportation.
OPPORTUNITIES: Internships are available year-round. Internships usually vary from 10-20 hours per week. Specific days and times will be agreed upon in advance.
INTERN RESPONSIBLITIES: Interns will report to the Promotions Director and spend time in various departments at Townsquare Media Hudson Valley to gain hands on experience. Interns will all go through an Intern 101 orientation series. This Internship program will be setup with a series of projects throughout the semester to help demonstrate what the Interns have learned and will also be customized to fit the Interns passions.
