Please Check Your Fall Class Schedule; Here’s How to Make Changes

The Fall 2020 schedule of classes is now updated with designations of whether the course is taught Online (“Web”), in Person (Traditional)  or as a Hybrid: https://banner.newpaltz.edu/pls/PROD/bwckzschd.p_dsp_search?p_term=202009

Please check your schedule right away. Despite the moratorium on schedule changes, you can make changes by filling out the Add/Drop form found here, on my.newpaltz.edu/registrar.

However, before changing your schedule, please consider how that will impact your graduation date.

Dropping one of the media production classes, for example,  may delay your graduation. In the past, students have been able to double up on some of the production classes. But because of the uncertainty of the times, that option may not be possible in the foreseeable future. In this case, you may be adding a semester to your schooling. Generally, faculty advisors do not work during the summer, so if you have questions regarding your progress toward graduation, please email your Banner number, screenshot of your Fall schedule and specific questions to our Department Advisor Nancy Heiz at heizn@newpaltz.edu.
