Hello, my name is Cayla Schimmel and these are some interesting facts about me. First, my main hobbies include singing, and acting on stage whenever I get the chance. Performing makes me feel content and provides me a sense of belonging to a big, welcoming community.  Next, I love to hang out with my friends, exercise daily at the gym, and go to the beach to watch sunsets. I am a freshman here at SUNY New Paltz and love how my English class gives me the opportunity to use my creative thinking and incorporate it into my writings. Overall,  I  am a positive, bright person with a kind heart who is always up for making new friends.
